Currently, we only collect the email, name, and password you enter when signing up as personal
information. Passwords are stored after being encrypted. Please refer to the 'Privacy Statement' page in

Since the person in charge checks emails almost in real time, sending it via email is the fastest way to
process it.
Our chatbot service provides both a general chatbot and a document search chatbot. The 'New Chat' button
opens a new chatbot room as a general chatbot, and the 'Document Search' button opens a new chatbot room
as a document search chatbot. Additionally, if you click the 'Menu' button in the top menu, a list of
recently used chatbot rooms will be displayed, and when you move your mouse, you can apply AI
instructions (prompts, e.g., 'Show emoticons.'), change the chatbot room name, and delete the chatbot
room.
In the general chatbot, if you upload a file within the limited file size, you can deliver the file
content to the AI and instruct it to summarize, search, etc. Additionally, the general chatbot has an
'Auto' mode that automatically determines whether the AI should search the web first or respond directly
via AI when a user enters a query, and users can directly select 'Web' search or 'AI Direct' response.
A token is the basic unit by which an AI model (LLM) understands and processes text. Just as humans read
text in units of words or characters, LLMs recognize and process text by breaking it into units called
'tokens'. Ultimately, 'tokens' are a core concept that determines the cost of AI models, processing
speed, and the length of text that can be understood at once (Context Window).
The conversation history in the chatbot room is limited in the number that can be kept according to the
grade you have paid for. This is an intentional policy for chatbot service performance and cost
optimization.

Users can register their own OpenAI API Key to automatically use their own key for the current day only
when the system quota is exceeded (the 'use' checkbox must be enabled). The entered API Key is stored
encrypted in the database and is safely managed by masking (*** displayed) on the screen. (Your API Key
can be created/stopped/deleted on the homepage of each AI company.)
For withdrawn members, data is automatically deleted after a 30-day grace
period. For expired subscriptions, data is deleted after 90 days. This
includes uploaded documents, document data, and conversation history.
For free trial users, data is automatically deleted after a 7-day grace
period from the last activity date. This includes uploaded documents, document data, and conversation history.
